Can Calcium Supplements Be Taken During Menopause?
I am going to be 50 in 2 months and am in my 3rd year of menopause. I do not take HRT and am concerned with my calcium intake. I don t take calcium supplements, but I found this powered form of calcium called Cal Absorb. I have used it in the past with no problems. Should I be taking calcium supplements? If so, how much?
