Can Canker Sores, Be Related With Dry Lips And Sore Cheeks?

I woke up the other day and my lower lip was swollen. I started picking at my lips. I peeled skin off. It started heeling. Drying up turning like a yellow color. But now I have white sores on the inside of my cheeks. I am on 3 medicines that cause me to have dry mouth and I have braces. I have a few sores that are in my inside lip that are like a yellow color. I think they all look like canker sores. But from where I picked at my lips there looks to be a small yellow bump or two. Not in clusters. What could it be

hi..as you have got braces ..these ulcers may b due to trauma or contact dermatits to your braces material..also your Hb levels checked to rule out anemia.. You can apply Kanalog in ora base (triamcinolone acetonide)over ulcers 4 times aday for 2 to 3 weeks..take becefol(supplement) once daily for 2months...also visit your dentist to check for braces...applr white petroleum jellly repeatedly oer dry lips...thanks..take care.
