I have been dizzy the last couple of months have passed out twice. Feeling tired and sluggish more often. Last couple days have had burning feeling and like i still have to urinate even though nothing comes out and alot more frequent and I have to go right now. Upon wiping there is blood on the tissue. Today i found a lump in my arm pit. My husband and I have been trying for a baby for quite some time. Just had my period. And have history of cervical imcompetence and have had leap and laser surgeries performed
1. The feeling of tiredness and dullness has several causes ranging from stress, sleeplessness, anemia and hypoproteinemia, infections, hormone imbalances etc.
2. You seem to be having urinary tract inflammation which needs to be evaluated and taken care of and so is the lump in the axilla.
I would ask you to go for a proper clinical evaluation and plan further management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
