I am seeing a diet doctor to change my eating habits. Can cetalpram cause High Clorestal? I spelled cholesterol wrong.

Hello,
Citalopram is a medicine used to treat depression etc. As per any trials or studies there are no proven reports that says it causes increase in cholesterol levels. So better have a complete lipid profile study and get an advise of your doctor for this. So that he can think of better treatment of this according to your reports. Hope this helps. Thank you.
