Concor, Bisoprolol is a cardio-selective beta blocker used primarily in hypertension thereby preventing future untoward health effects such as heart attacks, angina, stroke. It does not have any effects on the Beta 2 adrenergic receptors. Common side effects of the drug are dizziness, insomnia, pharyngitis, sinusitis, etc. It can mask the symptoms of hypoglycemia. It reduces the blood pressure in case of overdose. Discuss with your doctor about the possible cause for the symptoms.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
