Can Change In The Treatment For Mdp-m Cause Sleep Disturbance?

Sir My brother is under treatment of mdp-m since 2008 from a psychiatrist from Bihar Dr Arun Kumar Sinha. Previous month Doctor changed some medicines. Now my brother is facing one new problem. He afraid of the things, which is not there and also disorganised sleep. plz sujjest me what is the new problem. and where i can get best treatment
