Can Chlamydia By Chance Be Transmitted From Towel To Hands And To Mouth?

My sister's friend went into premature labor. Her water broke at home, which was cleaned up with several towels and left on the bathroom floor. Another friend of my sister's, the next day, went to the bathroom and washed her hands unknowingly drying them on the towel that was used to clean up the amniotic fluid. The woman who delivered tested positive for chlamydia including the baby. What is the chance of the friend contracting chlamydia via the towel? Could the chlamydia by chance be transferred from the towel, to the hands, and then into the mouth?
