Hello Deepak
first of all as your refractive error is very high, getting a refractive surgery done is a good decision. secondly to get the LASIK surgery done we need to know other parameters of your eye like corneal thickness, status of your tear film etc.
Also I am assuming that V/A written by you here is best corrected with glasses. In this regard i would like to tell you that you are likely to get this much vision only after the surgery or may be one line better, but not 6/6 in both the eyes (if 6/18 is your best corrected visual acuity).
You can contact any good eye centre (preferably a renowned setup) in your area to get this done.
If you decide not to get it done, please make sure you get your retina checked every year for any problem as you are a high myope

Hope it helps
