Can Conception Be Safe With Bulky Uterus,bulky Cervix And Thick Endometrium?

hi doctor i was plannig 4 my 2nd baby but was not able to concive than i we consulted a gynec to find the reason than she did sonography n reported as BULKY UTERUS ,BULKY CERVIX THICK ENDOMETRIUM .n suggested me the medicine ZOCON AS KIT.this was the condition around5 monyhs ago so i want to ask whether i can plan a baby now.

Undergo dilatation and currettage to see for hormonal alteration and TB.
Do thyroid profile and semen analysis of partner.
