Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have hepatitis, may be the hepatitis E, hepatitis B, etc. The pain suggests that there may be the choli cystitis, or stones in the gall bladder.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. for confirmation,
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
