Can Consuming Coffee Powder With Stevia And Ricotta Benefit Brain Fog And G6PD Deficiency, And Will Its Antioxidants Outweigh Caffeine S Effects?

Hello, I am 42 with G6PD deficiency. I have chronic brain fog and sluggish digestion, and read that coffee is a great source of antioxidants, which are helpful for G6PD deficiency as well as brain fog. But caffeine is not. I have never used coffee in any form, but I really need a consistent solution for the brain fog. I would NOT drink the coffee, but use it ground to powder with stevia and fresh ricotta (from our own cows). Will the antioxidants overpower the negative effects of the caffeine? How much should I take? Thank you!
