Can Contact Lenses Be Used When Diagnosed With Blepharoconjunctivitis?

A few days ago I was diagnosed with blepharoconjuctivitis subacata (one week ago i noticed my eyes felt a bit weird, but it s not that bad). I forgot to ask a doctor if I could wear a new pair of contact lenesess, I think I got this because I was wearing a lens 20 days after the expiration Thanks in advance!
