Can Continued Physical Training Be Done While Having Disk Bulge At Multiple Segments?

Good morning DR. I am a 42yr old male which has a special forces Physical Training in May, but I have a MRI that states Disk bulge are present at the L3-L4, the L4-L5 and at the L5-S1 segments. At the L5-S1 interspace there is an associated left posterolateral annular tear. I have been getting PT and Prolotherapy which has helped. I have been an athlete all of my life and it looks like the banging is catching up to me.

Q: As an althlete, which are not your average people, what is your recommendation on a nonstop 4am to 9pm physical training such as NAVY Seals with this type of condition?
