Hi Doctor my name Tony Johnson I had a Digestive Disorder ( FREQUENT BOWEL MOVEMENTS, I ONLY EAT ONE MEAL A DAY AND GO BOWEL MOVEMENTS 5 TIMES A DAY) can you tell me It s there MEDICATION TO CONTROL THIS MAKED GO LESS ON BOWEL MOVEMENTS OR iT S there some Home remedies treatment or Herbal Medicines for this. Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history of eating once but have to pass motions 5 times per day. Since you not mentioned about any associated symptoms like bloating, pain, nausea or vomiting I would advise to get the following before you go for any sort of treatment. - Get a clinical evaluation and an actual physical examination preferably by a General Surgeon. Investigations of stool, urine and blood. Colonoscopy. CT scan of abdomen. If any disease is found during these, get an appropriate treatment done. If all the reports are normal then get treated on the lines of IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome. Get control over stress and anxiety. Avoid all the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems.
