Can Cortisone Cause Impotence?

Can a cortisone shot in the shoulder cause impotence? I am 41letting and have never had erectile issues until a week and a half ago when I got this shot. I am athletic. 6'3"" and 210a lbs. I lift weights and do 30 minutes of cardiovascular a day. My blood pressure is usually 90/70.
