Can Damage To Leg Due To Polio And Accident Be Reversed?

Hello dr I have a polio in my right leg from my birth and the length is shorter than my other leg about 1 -1/2 inches , I cannot walk straight , I met with an accident twice on same polio leg n operated with rods inside n remains still in since 22 years. Is there any miracle done from which I can walk straight n my leg become strong.
