Can Dehydration Cause Eyes To Hurt A Lot That Makes Me Blink ?
My eyes hurt a lot that makes me blink a lot too. feels tired. i'm taking good sleep of about 7 to 8 hours a day. But i have a bad habit of daily water consumption, is dehydration the cause for my eyes irritation? I wear glasses of -3, both left and right eyes. I have to study a lot that includes work on computers and cell phones. Please suggest me the remedies and the probable cause for this problem. Thank you.

You are myopic and using computer a lot.For excessive use of computer you are suffering from dry eye Staring at computer makes your tear film to evaporate. Take break for some time in between use of computer. Look out side at window. use refresh tear eye drop 3times daily. use one time in between use of computer. use anti glare lens in specs. All your problem will be solved
