Hello and welcome to HCM,
I am Dr Nilajkumar a consultant gynecologist and I will be helping you in your queries.

I understand your query.
However it is difficult to say if the missed periods are due to stress, PCOD or pregnancy.

As of now i suggest that you wait for another week and repeat the pregnancy test as sometimes a delayed conception will lead to a late positive pregnancy test. Use the first morning urine sample for this. You may also go for a blood test now if there is an urgency. If these are negative, then wait for spontaneous period for 1-2 weeks. If they are still absent, it may be PCOD that has returned.

Try life style modification measures like weight loss, healthy diet low in carbohydrates and meditation to decrease stress.

If the periods are still absent you may need drugs like metformin as well as maybe a higher dose of clomiphene and ovulation monitoring to achieve pregnancy and will need to see your doctor.
Do not worry, this is the first time clomiphene was used and so there are many more chances.
Best of luck for your quest for a baby.

Feel free to ask any further queries and I will be happy to help.
Thanks for using HCM.
Have a good day.
