Can Delayed Periods Affect The Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hi Sir, I am Khan, I got married July 2016. My wife has normal period cycle for a year. Then she has delayed period for 5 or 10 or 15 days. This is continue for around 4 months. Then from last month it is delayed for almost 25 days and pregnancy test is negative. Then she told me that before marriage she had this problem and the period delayed for almost 1 month. And this problem with her started from 2010 like almost for 5 years. Now I am curious that this could be of concern. Whethere there will be some problem if we want to plan pregnancy. One thing more to add here, she has also started isotretinoine medication for her acne problem since Jan 2017 until now. The acnes are disappeared now. Looking forward to your message. Hello user.
in cases of delayed or irregular periods do ovulation study to know exact time of ovulation.and keep relationship around ovulation.please stop taking isotretionin because it has adverse effects on foetus.thanks.
