Can Delayed Periods With Long Hours Of Sleeping Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
my period is late. it was due December 28th . I have had some pregnancy symptoms but test read negative. I went to the doctors and he said I had Urinary infection. However my symptoms are consistent with pregnancy. My symptoms are on and off but I am sleeping more. My period has always been regular for the past 15 years.
Welcome to HealthcareMagic, Absence of periods is commonly due to pregnancy. Sleeping for long during is not a sign of pregnancy. It would have been better if you could elaborate your the symptoms you think are due to pregnancy as I could assist you in a better way. My advise for you is to wait for another week for you periods, if you get your periods then you are not pregnant. If you do not get your periods then repeat the urine pregnancy test as it will give an accurate result then about your pregnancy status. Hope that answers your question. Regards. Dr.Imaad.
