Can Dental Procedure Be Done If Having High Blood Pressure?

I always get novacain from a dentist for a filling or a crown now that aim treated for high blood pressure and getting a crown should I get it done . Iam take medication for high blood pressure and the last time I went to the doctor it was 120 over 80 . While every other time I got it checked it was high .
