Can Dexamethasone Be Taken With Other Medications During Pregnancy?

I am now 25 weeks pregnant,I have a past medical history of preterm labour around 24 weeks 2yrs ago.Blood tests which was taken when I lost the baby last time revealed that I had CMV infection and hence I had 3 doses of HUman Immunoglobulin inject and Glanciclovir tabs for 3 months last year. Hence my doctor has prescribed me on following medicines now: Proluton 250 injec x3 weeks once Immunosol inject 1ml xonce in 7 weeks(had 3 doses so far)Susten 200mg x once daily Duphaston 10 mg( just for 7 days once daily as I had slight bleeding last week)Now I have been prescribed on Dexamethasone 12mg x 2 doses to help with the fetal lungs.Please could you advise me whether it is safe to take Dexamethasone along with above medications.Thanks

Dexamethasone is a risks versus benefit medication to be taken during pregnancy. In your case I think it would be beneficial to be taken to promote lung maturity of your fetus in case premature labor is an issue. It can be taken with the other medications ma'am. Your doctor has your best interest in mind, please follow his/her instructions.
