Can Diabetic Patient Use Silverex Cream To Heal Burned Skin?
Hi Doctor, Two days before my mother's hand and neck was burned by accidentally dropped hot water. She had bubbled in her hand and neck. In some area of burned skin had removed and showing white skin. And she is diabetic patient. I applied Silverex ointment . Please suggest if diabetic patient can use silverex cream for burned skin.
Hi, I went through your query. Silverex is a very good ointment that is perfectly safe for diabetics. But since there seems to be a significant amount of skin surface that has been burned and diabetics already have poor resistance to infection I would suggest that she take some antibiotics like to avoid infection.
