Can Diabetic Person Take Otorex?
i spent a week at the pool, which ended on friday but this morning my right ear started paining so i went to the drug store and they gave me Otorex 10ml, how safe is it or can i take it being diabetic and hypertensive. i am on medicine for both things as well as insulin.

I understand your concern. Otorex is basically for wax in the ear. Your problem may not be wax in the ear. Having diabetes makes one prone for infections and the pain may be due to an infection which requires appropriate treatment.
Though Otorex does not produce any interaction with your medicine or diabetes state, it may not be the treatment for you. So if the pain persists you should see an ENT specialist, have the ear examined and treated appropriately.
