Can Diarrhoea And Upset Abdomen Be Due To Unprotected Intercourse?

Noticed small tear at top of condom after sex with Vietnamese sex worker. Semen went out of condom. The tear was maybe half inch and I m fairly sure it happened last few minutes or even seconds upon climax as I d been checking condom. Nevertheless it s a risk. I m male, circumcised and 4 days post exposure got headache which can t shake 10 days later. Gets worse the more I search web (all day). Have stomach upset and had one bought of diareah though very minor. Feel like vomit quite a bit but can t asses these episodes and feelings are anxiety or seroconverting? No fever but warm foreahead

I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely due to anxiety and stress. As you had unprotected sexual, with a sex worker it is better to rule out all STDs as this may give a clarification and help you to be relaxed. You can do HIV Duo test after 1 month which has very high sensitivity. Also can do swab test for chlamydia and gonorrhoea from urethra or urine test. VDRL for ruling out syphilis and HBSAg for hepatitis B also should be done after 1 month.
