Can Difficulty Breathing After A Blunt Blow While Skipping Trigger Other Worse Things?

i slipped and fell down my 4 steps earlier today...i landed on my back and slammed my head on the stoop. i couldnt breathe for a few seconds and still find it hard to get a full breath. can this trigger other worse things in my body from the blunt blow?

Breathing difficulty after blunt trauma demands for chest x ray to rule out any rib cage problem. Many times blunt trauma cause rib fracture and inflammation of underlying pleura and lung. So everytime you breath due inflammation and rubbing you feel pain. So better to get done x ray chest.the treatment for this is rib belt with proper rest and avoid movement causing pain.take good pain killers and muscle relaxant.
