Can Discontinuing Buprenorphine Cause Side Effects?
Hi I have quite the battle with pain killers due to an injury. I haven t taken any pain killers since 2012 but I have been on a drug called buprenorphine. I m sure you ve heard of it. I am down to 1 mg a day but my problem is I moved to a town in ND that doesn t have a doctor that can prescribe this medicine. Since I have been taking this drug so long how long do you think the withdrawal effects will last if I was to go cold turkey. Withdrawals scare me to death which is why I take this stuff to begin with. Any help to ease my mind or tell me I m in for it would be great. Thanks

-diarrhoea,
-restlessness
-watering eyes
-a runny nose
-nausea
-sweating
-muscle aches
