Can Drinking Kombucha Affect Hormonal Levels?
Hello, I am 49 and suffer from hereditary early menopause. I have been on bio identical hormones since the age of 37. I recently began drinking Kombucha. What kind of an effect could it have on my hormone levels, if any? And is the drink likely to cause a yeast infection? I am prone to them. I would be pleased to hear your thoughts. Thank you, Sylvia
