Can Drinking Goat Milk Cause White, Soft And Sticky Stool?

My 13 month old has had white, soft, sticky stools for the past few weeks- approximately since I weaned her completely to goat milk. She is allergic to cow's milk. Previously, her stools were formed and brown. Could the goat milk be causing the change? Or could something else be going on? My 3 year old has been on goat milk for a year and never had stools like this.

Hello,

Please take care about milk boiling. Maintain good hygiene. Stool consistency may vary in children but don't worry but white stools may be due to ductal blockade et cetera.

Please consult your pediatrician. If the baby feeling pain and crying continuously and not taking feeding then consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
