Can Ear Tattooing Cause Infection?

I got my ear pierced when i was a baby , everytime i put in my earrings it hurt so bad . i take them out before I go to sleep at night and the next morning the back of my earring hole would be closed . It also bleeds when I take out my earrings . Is this an infection ? what can I do

Thanks for your query
I think you have a allergy to your earrings. Stop wearing them. Clean any scabs if present and apply neosporin H ointment. If you are fond of eearing earrings then try some inert metal like gold.
