Hi, I understand your concern. The theory of color mixing says blue + yellow creates green. Same holds true after eating blue berries, the stools are stained dark green. Please don't worry till the consistency of stools remains normal. Actually there is possibility of a couple of loose stools. because of excessive intake of blue berries. - Keep yourself well hydrated ( ORS,water/ drinks with a pinch of salt & sugar), eat light to digest food, avoid spices, oily food, fast food.Mostly motions return to normal easily. - In case there is cramping along with motion/ loose motions not controlled within 24 hours & there are signs of dehydration.. consult your treating doctor for medication/ Iv fluids as per need. Thanks.
