Can Ecospirin 75 Be Continued With Daflon 500 For Piles?

Hi I had been prescribedc ecospirin 75 , one tab at night by my cardiologist as prone to stroke due to family history.However am suffering from Piles for last 30 years , I have bouts of bleeding say 2/3times a year. Now doctor has prescribed me daflon 500 for same. Can I continue with ecospirin 75 with daflon 500.
