hello Dr.iam 27 year old lady.iam trying to get conceive for past 2 years. My Dr advised me to take the follicular study to monitor the egg growth. The size of the follicle at my 17th day is 12*11mm in right overy and 19*15 in left overy. in 20th day is 21*18 in right overy and 35*25 in left overy.in 22th day rightside egg is incresed but leftside egg is reduced to 31*24mm.still 23rd day my egg is not ruputerd. What is the reason for this reduction?why this egg is not ruptered? Is this is common thing occur in menstural phase.? Will i ovulate in further cycles without any inducers ? I want to conceive naturally. Please help me. Thanks for your Valuable Suggestions.
