Can Ejaculating In A Condom With A Tiny Hole Lead To Pregnancy?
Hello, my girlfriend and I had intercourse yesterday. It was her last day of her period. We had a condom on. I ejaculated in the condom outside of her vagina. When I checked the condom the first time I did not notice a hole. The second time I checked it there was a small whole at the the tip of the condom. The whole was barely big enough to make a small bubble. What is the chance of her getting pregnant?

You mentioned that your partner was on her period, and if at all she was then the chances of pregnancy are slim. But if not, then a break in the condom can in fact easily result in pregnancy. I would recommend the use of an ECP (emergency contraceptive pill) within the first 24-72 hours from the time of the unprotected sexual contact.
