Can Electrocution Cause Pain And Torn Ligaments In Shoulder?

I picked up a large porcelain lamp with brass feet and fittings. The connections fell out of their sockets and gave me a severe shock. I was unable to move or speak. Later my left shoulder made an audible crack and caused severe pain. Hours later, the right shoulder did the same.

I have severe pain in both shoulders and right wrist and spacicity and limited movement in my left shoulder. Accident Compensation are denying my claim that the pain in my shoulders was caused by the electrocution. I have three out of four torn ligaments in L shoulder and a torn bicep. I have one out of four torn ligaments in R shoulder and a torn bicep. I have something (as yet undiagnosed) painful in my right wrist.

Is there an article I could print or an answer I could use to prove to ACC that this pain of nearly 11 months was caused by the electrocution? Nothing else had happened to me to cause so many injuries at the same time.
