Can Elevated Creatinine Level Be Related To Sinus Infection?

An ENT specialist that I saw told me that I have a deviated septum. I notice that I often have problems with my sinus and have nasal drip every now and then. Right now, I'm having this sinus pain and also, my blood pressure has been elevated for several days since I started to have this sinus pain. I haven't taken any relief medication yet. I have a history of elevated creatinine early this year which has normalized gradually and it is now WNL. I'm afraid to take pain meds but I remember that my nephrologist told me to never ever take Ibupropen but it's OK to take Tylenol. Is there a Tylenol relief specifically for sinus or is just a regular Tylenol pain reliever OK? Is there a connection between this deviated septum sinus pain and high blood pressure? Pls. help.

Causes of sinusitis could be allergic, occupational, anatomical like deviated nasal septum, abnormalties of cilia,viral/bacterial.Pain of sinusitis usually responds to analgesics like acetaminophen, ibubrufen.Tylenol is acetaminophen which is safe in kidney disease unless there is severe impairment .Ibubrufen can cause aggravation of serum creatinine.Tylenol is marketed as tylenol extra, tylenol arthritis where dosage of acetaminophen is different.Your sinus pain could be the cause of high bp.You can safely take tylenol 650 for pain relief
