Hello dr.
for the last 2 months we are try to consive. My wifes tsh level is 6'8. Dr. Prescribe eltroxin50 & duphaston10mg and clofert50 & folvite. I have just srated all this med. but a few problem arise like bomiting, constipation, vertigo. Vertigo prob is more. What to do?

I can understand your concern regarding to your wife's situation.
I would suggest to continue the levothyroxine treatment and try to induce fertility some months later.
Before conceiving the TSH level should be under 2.5 mUI/ml.
The symptoms you reporting should be due to duphaston.
