Can Endometriosis Of Both The Ovaries Causes Delayed Periods?

Hello, I m 69 days late on my periods. My last period was on 5th Feb 2014. I have been married for a year and have been trying to conceive for 5 months now. I had a transvaginal ultrasound done on 17th March 2014 and it says no pregnancy. The doctor asked me to wait for two weeks and then take a HPT again and it came back negative. So she asked me to wait for another 2 weeks. Also, I was diagnosed with urinary infection first on 17th March 2014 as I had pain in my right lower abdomen, high fever, cough, cold and was given antibiotics. However I was diagnosed with pneumonia on 21st March 2014 as the abdomen pain disappeared and the fever, cough persisted and hence was given antibiotics. Regarding my history, my average period cycle has been 34 35 days and have never missed a period so far. I have had a surgery three years back to remove dermoid cyst on my right ovary (measuring 3.0x2.0x1.0cms)and endometriosis on both ovaries (6.0x2.5x1.5cms). Both the ovaries were retained as I was unmarried then. I was given tablets to not have my periods for 6 months. Later my period resumed normally and had 34-35 days cycle. Can you please let me know what is the reason for my delayed period and is it a cause of concern?
