Hello!
I understand your concern. In my opinion the symptoms you have are oculogyric crisis and they may be a side effect of antiepileptic drugs like carbamazepine. I would like to know which antiepileptic drug you are taking.
They can also be caused by other drug, stress etc.
Some times they can be part of epilepsy signs.
I would recommend you to go to the doctor. You may need measurement of plasma levels of antiepileptic drugs depending on what you are taking and a prolonged EEG. If the problem persists you may need medication like lorazepam, amantadine or change your antiepileptic drug.
Hope to have been helpful!
