Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi there.
Thanks for writing in to HCM.
Please use cetaphil or any mild cleanser to wash your face & 'dab' dry; do not rub the area.
I suggest a cream from Bioderma called Cicabio applied twice/day & this should help you over a 3 week period. It may heal on its own but Cicabio will certainly aid the process.
Good luck & here's to a clear complexion.
