Can Excess Calorie Diet Cause Dizziness, hair Loss And Chills?

I have been on a 1200 calorie per day diet. I lost 85 pounds in five months. I exercise at least 6 days a week by walking 30 minutes. For the past week, I've been feeling lightheaded and a little dizzy. I also had the chills. I also experienced hair loss.
