Can Feeding Lactogen Cause Diarrhea To 4 Month Old Baby?

My baby is 4 month old, I have started to give lactogen to her, since from the day 1 she started discharging watery stool and after 4days diarrhea started. Now I have stopped feeding lactogen. Is it the main cause for diarrhea?? Can I continue feeding her the formula milk?? If not what is the alternate solution for feeding??
