Can Fingering The Vagina With Sperm On Fingers Lead To Pregnancy?

i am a boy we enjoyed sex by finger when i had ejeculated i had xlean my sperm by a cloth then after 15 to 20 min
i put my finger in my gf's vagina for enjoying sex so i want to know that is ther any possibility to have pregnancy if sperm is stick on my finger during clen my sperm .

Sperm can survive outside the human body only for a few minutes. But even few live sperms in the female genital tract can cause pregnancy in fertile period.. So its better to take i pill within 72 hrs if you have any doubt.. Hope I have answered your queries.. Good day
