Can Flu Shot Cause Painful Arm, Stomach, Diarrhea And Vomiting?

I had the flu shot last Thursday. That night my arm hurt really bad for about 2 days. Then I ve had stomach pain, bad bathroom problems for several days and then vomiting for a night which was Wednesday night. I feel better finally today, just a little weak. I went to the bathroom a little while ago and my poop was greenish/white kind of chalky. I did take nausea medicine that I had when my husband had surgery over a year ago and this did help a few days ago. Do you think it is from the flu shot or another bug? I do catch most things and feel I have a low immune system. I ve never had the flu shot, but have gotten the flu 3 years in a row with getting different kinds, so I got the shot finally. Thank you !

Well come to HCM
Because of the viral infection such symptoms are very likely most of the time this comes around on its own, here in your case I would suggest the following medicines.
1) Lyophilized Lactobacillus sachets three times in day
2 Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times I day
if you do not have fever then this is nothing to worry, and every thing would be fine soon, take care and have a nice day.
