Can Flu Symptons, Breast Discharge,pulling In Uterus After Taking Postinor 20 Hrs After Sex Indicate Pregnancy?

Good mornind Dear Sir.
1 week ago i had sex ( withdraw method of protection) and took postinor after 20 hours. today i have flue like symptoms backache, headache, mild diarrhea and discharge from the breast. "pulling" syptoms in uterus( sex was painful somehow but with orgasms).
i am worry i hope it is not sighs of pregnancy. i was pregnant already. breast is not tender.

You do not need to worry because using of postinor within 72 hour after sex the chance of pregnancy almost do not exist.
Backache,headache and diarrhea can be the side effect of postinor.
You should wait for periods to come.
