Can Foreign Object Inside Vagina Cause Any Problem?

Hi, i fingered myself today and realised now the finger has lost a bit of it s nail. I think it might be in my vagina! Is that dangerous? Do i need to go to the doctor? Cuz my parents don t know i masturbate and it s going to be so awkward telling it like this and going to the doctor! Help! Is this in any way need of medical checking or not?

Hello,

I have reviewed your query in detail and here is my advice.

Small objects like fingernail in the vaginal canal will not cause any issues. Your body will get rid of the object either by expelling it outside or removing it through inflammatory response. You do not need to follow up with a doctor now. There is nothing to be worried about.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
