Can Frequent Masturbation With Flaccid Penis Affect Puberty?
Im a 15 year old guy. i have a couple of very personal questions. My penis is 2 1/4 inch flacid and 4 inches when hard. I masturbate frequently and I want to know if that willaffect puberty. I also have been very moody lately. I just want to know whats going on and have some reasuurance.

Masturbation is physiological and instinct also that does not cause any thing wrong with the genital neither this cause any ill effect in later life, only some limit should be there, else no need to worry about this, hope this helps
