Can Fundo Anterior Placental Position Cause Lack Of Labour Pain?

hi i am 39 weeks pregnant. according to ultrasound i was due at 5th april while the due date according to my last periods i am due at 18th april.i have fundo anterior placenta. problem is i am not having pains uptil now.is it has to something to do with placental position.

Delivery pain has no any relationship with placental position.
Labor pain initiates with baby head engage in pelvis and labor process starts. For that ultrasound will help in predicting time.
