Can Gatorade Cause Drowsiness ?

I feel tired most of the time. During the week I get around 7 hours of sleep a night. On the weekend I don t work so I find myself sleeping 12 hours a day. I will also get lightheaded easily. My bloodpressure resting is a tad low, 90/60. I take multivitamins and I ve been drinking Gatorade, but it has had no effect. I ve felt tired and occasionally light headed for at least a month now. I had blood work done but all my numbers are good. Why am I like this? It s getting hard to go to school and do my job.

gatorade is less likely to cause you these symptoms.. but can u tell me more about your work schedule? how is your appetite these days and whats your weight?
