Can Generic Pantoprazole Code R333 Be Taken In Place Of Protonix?

My pharmacist just gave me a generic, Pantoprazole Code R333 from Dr.Reddy s Laboratories Limited, in place of the Protonix I had been taking for many years. Can you tell me whether this is safe and where Dr. Reddy s does the manufacturing of these generics? Want to be sure I m not getting a cheap Chinese knock-off. Thanks, George Harris

The Pantoprazole R333pill which your pharmacist has given you is the same as protonix.Both are sustained release pantoprazole sodium tablets for acidity and heart burn and completely safe for you to use it.
